The sun was out, with blue sky everywhere, so the riders and there bikes did come out today with 22 bikes and 23 people attending our ride. Everyone was giving cranky Dave “the big thumbs up” for putting the weather on for his 1st lead ride with the branch. Thanks Dave great effort with no-one getting lost and the lead rider not having to make any U turns so we can now put you down for further lead rides. Special mention goes out to Bill and Joe for turning up to ride with the branch “their 1st time riding in a group” and the report back seems they were happy with us and are keen to do more rides with our Branch, hope to see you both again soon. It was good to see Mick back out riding with us again, it been that long since he last road we thought he might need some “L” plates to learn to ride with the group. The ride went very smoothly up to Maleny onto Kenilworth for a short break and then onto Skyring Creek Road, Old Bruce Highway back to Pomona Bakery for Coffee and a Chat. The Girls at the Bakery had a shock with us all turning at once to order, I think they were glad to see the end of us, but they did a good job and everyone seemed happy.  Again thanks everyone for another great day out on our bikes.
