It was a fantastic day to be out on the bikes this morning and with us having 21 riders turn up they all must of thought the same thing. With that many riders already to take on the ride Lou our rider reader and organiser for the day was under pressure to make sure we all had a great day out. Prior to the start Lou gave us all brief on our days ride and with a few only doing the morning tea run Lou decided he would add a little bit more into the ride and go via Reevesville  instead going through Maleny. With that many riders we put in a middle rider to keep the bunch flowing with Greg having a run as T.E.C (this did work well for the day). So we left the Woombye Pub car park at 0830 with Lou leading the way everything seem to being along well until we had to turn into Reevesville road it appeared that our lead rider took a couple of riders pass the turn off so they had to turn around and come back (there was fine waiting for Lou at Kenilworth). So once every one was back on track it was a good run down to Kenilworth for morning tea and bit of cheese tasting.  So after morning tea and chat 6 riders decided they would call it day and go their own way, with the rest of us having a run up Mary valley highway around the back of Gympie and onto Theebine hotel for lunch. The Theebine Pub is good social spot and  good food  they did very well to feed all 15 of us in the short time we were there. Thanks goes out to Lou for organising the days ride and we hope Annie and Lou have a good holiday again up in Darwin for the next couple of months. It was a good 400 ks plus ride today and every one seem to enjoy so Thanks everyone for the great day out and until next week Stay Upright and safe.
